2014 Official Plan

An office consolidation of the Markham Official Plan, 2014 is provided below for information purposes. The office consolidation is current to July 17, 2024 inclusive of Official Plan Amendments 1 to 52, 54, 55 and 57. Certain portions of the text, maps and appendices remain subject to appeals to the Ontario Land Tribunal as referenced by a text box. The Markham Official Plan, 2014 as approved by York Region, the Partial Approval Orders issued by the Ontario Land Tribunal, and original official plan amendments should be consulted for accuracy and legal purposes.
